Locking Leather Neck/Wrist Restraint

Some restraints merely affix by buckles. This set is a bit more serious since it affixes by five little locks (that alas, are sold separately; probably best for you to save your customers a few bucks by stocking some from the local hardware store). As the name indicates, there's one restraint for each wrist attached to a restraint for the neck. Strictly for fetish/leather/gay boutiques.
